  • Audience: A+ Certification is an ideal program for anyone who wishes to gain a basic understanding of computer network technology. The course is suited for novice computer users looking to upgrade their skills in order to successfully perform as an entry-level computer service technician.
  • Steps to Certification: In order to receive the CompTIA A+ certification, you must pass two exams: 
    • CompTIA A+ 220-801 covers the fundamentals of computer technology, installation and configuration of PCs, laptops and related hardware, and basic networking.
    • CompTIA A+ 220-802 covers the skills required to install and configure PC operating systems, as well as configuring common features (e.g. network connectivity and email) for mobile operating systems Android and Apple iOS.
  • Required Prerequisite: Computing Fundamentals
  • Delivery Format: Instructor Led
  • Course Format: Boot Camp/Week-end/Evenings
  • Duration: 40 hours or 5 days
  • Certificate: Certificate of completion given to all students who attend and complete 85% of the course.
